These terms govern your access to and use of the Yaib platform. By creating an account or using the free trial, you agree to them.
Accounts
You're responsible for your account and for activity under it. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Yaib.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Yaib to build or host unlawful, infringing, or abusive applications.
- Don't attempt to bypass the platform's security guarantees or rate limits.
- Don't resell the service without a written agreement.
Your content & IP
You own the applications and code you build. You grant Yaib the limited rights needed to host and operate the service on your behalf. Yaib owns the platform, engine, and design system.
Free trial
The no-signup trial is provided as-is, with capped and time-limited builds, for evaluation only. We may change or discontinue the trial at any time.
Plans & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Enterprise terms are set in a separate order form.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Yaib disclaims implied warranties and limits liability to the amounts paid in the prior twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
